If your meeting is running on and you'd like to extend your booking for the space you are in you have a couple of options if the space is available to extend.

First, check the availability by any of these options:

  1. Look at the tablet outside of the space - upcoming bookings are shown on the right of the screen.
  2. Look at the booking calendar on the Member Portal at https://members.startwell.co
  3. Look at the booking calendar on your mobile device using StartWell Community (our native apps for iOS or Android.)

Once you have confirmed availability you can either:

  1. Edit your booking (you of course need to be logged into our Member Portal or the StartWell Community App on your mobile device.)
  2. or Add a new booking in the calendar for the time period in the specific space.
