Once logged in you’ll see a link on the left hand side labelled ‘Book Meeting Space’ – when you click it, a calendar will display that lets you immediately see what slots are available in each Space available on campus to you (based on your member plan.)

Scroll horizontally through the schedules for each Space or click on ‘Meeting Rooms’ in the top right to pull up a list of Spaces you can book.

To make a booking, click the ‘Book Now’ button in the top-left or double click on the calendar itself for the time and Space you want to book.
