There are two ways to contact our team if you need help with anything and aren't able to come to the Concierge desk at Reception:

  1. Email
  2. Login to the Member Portal ( and click on the blue chat icon in the bottom-right of your screen; it will load a chat session with us and, if we aren't immediately available you'll be presented with some tips that might help answer any questions you have - if nothing does just type up a message and send it over, someone from the StartWell team will be in touch shortly.

We ask members *not* to email our team directly - using the options above will streamline our ability to respond faster.
